Hi, i was wondering what size seat english saddle i would need if i need a size 14 for western.

Im 15, 90 pounds, 5′1″, and a size 1 in womens or a size 14 in kids, if any of this helps.

Also, what is the best quality english saddle to get for a low price? Im looking for an all purpose saddle, and leather, i dont really like the looks of a synthetic saddle.
